D of E Silver Expedition
The Explorer Scouts who were doing the Silver Duke of Edinburgh’s award, spent four days in the Peak District.
The camp site was near Hathersage and was the base for the time we we’re in the Peak District. The Explorers
had to walk 30 miles for their expedition while carrying their equipment.



D of E Bronze Expedition
The Explorer Scouts who were doing the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh’s award, spent 2 days on the Isle of Wight.
The first day’s hike was 10 miles from Brading to Ventnor, were they spent the night and the second days hike
was 5 miles from Ventnor to Lake.



Stock Car Racing
On St George’s Day, the explorer scout took part in the annual parade which was held at Grayshott. Afterwards
we traveled to Wimbledon, for an evening watching stock car racing.

District Go-karting evening at Gosport,  the Explorers had a great time racing each other and we finished the
evening off with a visit to the chip shop.
